We provide money back guarantee in the following events:

338 Aircon cancelling your appointment
338 Aircon engineer being unable to solve your problem
338 Aircon engineer failing to solve your problem (leaking, not cold, electrical turn on/off problem) after providing repair

Best Price Guarantee

We offer a best price guarantee for all our potential and existing customers.

The best price guarantee have to meet the following criteria:

The service from competitor aircon company must match exactly the services offered
The service from competitor must be offered officially in a written contract / quotation
The price from the competitor must not be due to a special promotion / event / discount etc from the usual prices.

In the event there is a better price subject to all of the above clauses, we will refund the deposit made to us in full (services will not be rendered).

If you choose to continue with the booking, we will refund you the difference from the lower price from the competitor’s quote.

Best price guarantee no longer applies after service has been rendered / completed. For contracts, best price guarantee does not apply after the first servicing.

iPhone Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions (temporarily discontinued until further notice)

Customer must spend a minimum of $55 in one servicing (one trip down). $55 cannot be made up of multiple visits.
Customer must be 18 years and above (as of the start of the Lucky Draw Period) and be a Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) to participate in the Lucky Draw (“Participant(s)”).
Customer must not be from Shopee, Qoo10 or any online market place.
Customer must leave a review for 338 aircon on Google Reviews. Review must be publicly accessible.
Customer review on Google must contain what they think about the service with description.
Customer lucky draw winner selection will be at the sole discretion of 338 Private Limited and will be conducted on the 30th of June 2021 and 31st of December 2021 (winner selection date).
All Winners shall be notified by phone at their phone number and ordinary post at their mailing address as indicated in the Lucky Draw Participation form within fourteen (14) calendar days of the winner selection date.
338 Private Limited reserves the right to at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the Prize(s) with any other item of a similar value.
338 Private Limited reserves the right to amend, add or delete any clause to the above by adding in writing on this page at 338aircon.sg/terms-and-conditions
Prizes that are not redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days from the Draw Date will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A Participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from 338 Pte Ltd.
If 338 Pte Ltd discovers that a Winner was not entitled to participate or if a Winner is subsequently disqualified from participating in the Lucky Draw, 338 Pte Ltd may at its discretion forfeit the Prize, reclaim it after award and then choose an eventual winner from the reserve winner list or donate the Prize to an approved charitable organisation of 338 Pte Ltd’s choice.
Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Use of the Prizes shall be subject to 338 Pte Ltd’s terms and conditions.
The winner of any Prize shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize.

Use of Personal Information

By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have consented to:

i) the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice and/or likeness by the 338 Pte Ltd Group of Companies and participating car brand partners for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and
ii) receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from 338 Pte Ltd from time to time.

General

The decisions of 338 Pte Ltd on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw are final, conclusive and binding. 338 Pte Ltd shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.

338 Pte Ltd reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extend, terminating or suspending this Lucky Draw, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.

338 Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or redemption or use of the Prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfillment of the prize(s), any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by 338 Pte Ltd of this Lucky Draw shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against 338 Pte Ltd for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

The Lucky Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement.

By accessing the website at https://www.338aircon.sg, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on 338 Pte Ltd’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

modify or copy the materials;

In no event shall 338 Pte Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on 338 Pte Ltd’s website, even if 338 Pte Ltd or a 338 Pte Ltd authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. However 338 Pte Ltd does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Changes in Services and Prices
Please note that 338 Pte Ltd may modify or discontinue any of our services without any obligation to notify you or any third party. Additionally, the prices of our products may be adjusted without prior notice. We shall not be held liable for any adjustments to prices or changes in our services offered.

7. Loss and Damage
We will only be responsible for losses or damages up to the amount specified on the invoice. To make a claim, you must provide supporting documentation within one week of the service date.

8. Services Involving Drilling works
For any drilling work that will be drilled on marble, tile, stone, granite, and brick walls, there will be no warranty for cracks or breakage. Our installation team will perform the drilling work at the location as per the customer’s request. If there are damages to any concealed wiring or water pipes, we will not be liable for any compensation unless customers notified us prior to the installation.

If the drilling causes minor cracks or peeling off due to the build and durability of the wall, our team will touch up the wall using only putty and white paint. Any other wall paint colours will not be included.

In the event that there is damage caused during the installation, customers will be required to follow our company’s protocol as informed by our team. They will be required to submit to our customer service team the following – any videos or photos of the damaged/affected area such as the wall, product damage, screw holes, etc. It is advised to take multiple photos at different angles. After pictures are taken, the damages to the wall, product, or any other damages caused must remain in their original form until the investigation procedure is completed. However, shattered glass or other debris can be removed from the affected area.

Our team will conduct an investigation and provide the customers with the relevant support once the investigation is completed. If there are any changes made to the affected area or a report made after 24 hours, this may affect the outcome of the investigation.

9. Installation / Repair and Servicing

338 Pte Ltd is not responsible for any damages arising from installation / repair / servicing.

It is the owner’s responsibility to protect their own furniture, electronics and any other items before any works or shift away the items away from the site of installation / repair / servicing. 338 PTE LTD will not be held liable, partially or fully, for any damages arising from damage / stain / dirt / spoiling of any of the above mentioned items.

338 PTE LTD will endeavour to clean up the area of installation / repair / servicing after the job is completed, but will not be responsible for 100% cleanliness for the area. The Owner shall be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the area. 338 PTE LTD will not be liable for any clean up or costs associated with clean up arising from installation / repair / servicing.

It is the owner’s responsibility to inform 338 PTE LTD and its technician for the location of concealed electrical wires, gas pipes, water pipes and any other pipes / wires not mentioned. As it is visually not possible to locate these wires / pipes, any damages to these will be the responsibility of the owner, and costs associated for any repair arising as a result will be fully borne by the owner.

For installation customers, we provide free site visit for up to 3 times during the duration of contract for checking of issues.

For each trip after 3rd site visit check, it will be chargeable at $50 transport fee per trip (4th trip onwards).

10. Engaging of external vendors

338 PTE LTD expressly reject the usage of 3rd party external vendors to be involved in any installation works, post installation rectification / clean up / fixing of damaged items. By engaging our services, you agree that 338 PTE LTD will unilaterally decide which vendors to engage for any of the above works. If any 3rd party vendor is engaged without the expressed agreement from 338 PTE LTD, 338 PTE LTD will not be liable for any payment, whether partial or full, of the amount billed by the 3rd party vendor. The full cost will be born by the owner.

11. Contract Cusomters

For contract customers, we provide free site visit for up to 3 times during the duration of contract for checking of issues. This does not include any fees for additional gas top up, repairs, or any other works - these will be chargeable if needed.

For each trip after 3rd site visit check, it will be chargeable at $50 transport fee per trip (4th trip onwards).

12. Late Payment / Interest

For late payment of invoices, a 2% per month interest rate will be chargeable from the day after payment due date. Late payment fees are non negotiable.

If additional legal resources and fees are incurred during the collection of late payment, these will likewise be fully borne by the customer.

13. Links
338 Pte Ltd has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by 338 Pte Ltd of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

14. Modifications
338 Pte Ltd may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
